Shipping

Shipping is free on every order. We currently ship to the United States only.

Processing and delivery

• Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days
• Delivery takes 7 to 10 business days from dispatch
• Most parcels arrive well before the 10-day mark; we quote the longer window to stay on the safe side
• You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse

Discreet packaging

Every order ships in a plain box. There is no brand name, no product name and nothing written on the outside that indicates what is inside.

Tracking

Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to start updating after dispatch. If your tracking has not moved after 5 business days, email contact@myvyran.com with your order number and we will chase it.

Wrong or incomplete address

Check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable we contact you and reship free of charge once. Email us within 12 hours of ordering if you spot a mistake.

Lost parcels

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or shows delivered and you have not received it, email us. We open a claim with the carrier and send a replacement.

Customs and duties

All prices are in US dollars. Domestic US orders are not subject to import duties.
