Terms of Sale
These terms apply to every order placed on myvyran.com. They sit alongside our Terms of Service, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which all form part of the agreement between us.
1. Products
We sell the VYRAN far-infrared boxer brief, in single pairs and in multi-packs. Composition and care instructions are shown on the product page. Photography is representative; colours can render differently from one screen to another.
2. Prices
All prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes where required. Shipping is free on every order. Prices may change at any time; the price that applies to your order is the one displayed at the moment you place it. Where an obvious pricing error occurs we may cancel the affected order and refund it in full.
3. Placing an order
Adding an item to your cart and completing checkout constitutes an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. Please check your address carefully before confirming — see our Shipping Policy for what happens if it is wrong.
4. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken when the order is placed. Card details are processed by our payment providers and are never stored on our systems. Orders may be screened for fraud; we may decline or cancel an order on that basis and refund it in full.
5. Availability
If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we tell you and refund that item in full. Promotional offers run while stocks last and cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so.
6. Delivery
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and delivered within 7 to 10 business days from dispatch. We currently ship to the United States only. Every parcel ships in plain packaging with no brand name on the outside. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
7. Wrong size, and satisfaction
Our full terms are in the Refund Policy. In summary:
- Wrong size, within 30 days: we ship the correct size free of charge and you keep the original pair. There is nothing to send back.
- Satisfaction, nights 30 to 60: if it hasn't worked for you, email us and we refund your order in full. You keep the boxers. One claim per customer, first order, on the full order rather than on individual pairs.
- For hygiene reasons worn underwear cannot be returned or exchanged — which is why we never ask you to send anything back.
8. Damaged or incorrect items
Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We send a replacement immediately at our cost, with nothing to return.
9. Cancelling
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we cancel and refund in full. After that your order is usually already with the warehouse — write to us anyway and we will do what we can.
10. Statutory rights
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer law.
11. Health
VYRAN is clothing, not a medical device, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Individual results vary. If you have a medical condition or take medication, speak to a doctor.
12. Disputes
Write to contact@myvyran.com before anything else. We answer within one business day and we settle almost everything by email. If a card dispute is opened without contacting us first, we will respond with the order and delivery record.
