These terms govern your use of myvyran.com and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you accept them. Please read the section on health claims — it matters.

1. Who we are

VYRAN operates myvyran.com. You can reach us at contact@myvyran.com, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to order from this site.

3. Health claims and medical disclaimer

VYRAN is an item of clothing. It is not a medical device, it is not a drug and it is not a treatment. Nothing on this site has been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

VYRAN is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Statements about circulation, comfort, energy and wellbeing describe how customers report feeling; they are not medical claims and they are not a substitute for professional advice.

Individual results vary and there is no guarantee that any particular person will experience any particular outcome. If you have a medical condition, are taking medication, or have any concern about your health, speak to a qualified doctor before changing anything. Do not stop or alter a prescribed treatment because of anything you read here.

4. Reviews and testimonials

Customer reviews reflect the individual experience of the person who wrote them. They are not a promise of results and they are not medical evidence.

5. Products, pricing and availability

We do our best to describe our products and display them accurately, but colours can render differently from one screen to another. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice; the price that applies is the one shown when your order is placed. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund. Promotional offers run while stocks last and cannot be combined unless stated.

6. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud or abuse of our guarantee, and we refund in full where we do.

7. Returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms.

8. Care and use

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. No bleach, no fabric softener. Hang to dry; do not tumble dry and do not iron the front panel. We are not liable for damage caused by care outside these instructions.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, video, logos and design — belongs to VYRAN and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.
